Michael is a passionate, learner-centered, educator dedicated to student development. He utilizes experience from his background in psychology and education to work with adult learners to help advance knowledge through various teaching styles. As a diversity educator, he strives to facilitate intercultural dialogue and guide people to grow in their cultural intelligence. His goal is to contribute to the advancement of a social just and equitable society where all people can live, love, work and grow as a community together.

Peter Beyan-Wu Jeffy
Peter's approach towards education is rooted in cultural foundations which synthesizes disciplines of philosophy, history, sociology and anthropology together with various established and emergent fields of study. His passion for students' identity development leads him to encourage other educators to seek further understanding of our dynamic field. He brings this same approach for development into settings outside of education because he recognizes the importance of strong group cohesion.
